All services provided by our virtual assistants are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. As such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for services that have been rendered.

If you are not satisfied with the services provided by your virtual assistant, please contact us immediately so that we can work to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible service and will do everything in our power to address any concerns you may have.

Please note that we will not be able to offer refunds or returns if the client has provided unclear instructions, or failed to communicate his/her expectations.
